Refund and returns policy
How returns, withdrawals and credit notes work for resource orders and learner registrations.
1. Resource Orders
We operate a 30-day returns policy for our physical resources/workbooks. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it in its original condition for a credit note within 30 calendar days of purchase. Customers will be charged for postage costs. Please email info@sweet.education with your order number to arrange.
2. Registration Orders
We operate a 60-day withdrawal policy for learner registrations. If you wish to withdraw learners, you must inform your IQA or contact info@sweet.education within 60 calendar days of the original registration. Once learners have been withdrawn, you will receive a credit note for the value of the original registration.
Note: refunds are issued as credit notes unless a refund is explicitly requested.
