Welcome back. Whether you are already delivering Personal Growth and Wellbeing, adding WorkSkills this year or starting with Sweet for the first time, here is what matters for the term ahead.
This is the last full year of the current qualifications
Personal Growth and Wellbeing and WorkSkills are approved until August 2027. Skills for Life and Skills for Work — the qualifications that replace them under Wave 3 — begin first teaching in September 2027.
In practice, learners starting this September can complete either qualification comfortably within the current approval. It also makes this the year to plan the switch rather than the year to be surprised by it. Sweet is Wave 3 Ready sets out the dates and what changes.
Learners can take both qualifications at once
Worth repeating every year, because it is the thing centres most often ask: WorkSkills is an addition to Personal Growth and Wellbeing, not a replacement for it. Learners can work through both at the same time, and plenty of centres run them side by side across the year.
Prices for the year

Ordering for the term
New orders take 7–10 days, so it is worth getting your numbers in early rather than a fortnight into term. You can order resources online.
Orders of 46 sets or more may be subject to increased shipping fees, as they need a fourth parcel. If you are ordering at that scale, talk to us first and we will work it out with you.
New to Sweet?
Both courses have a free sample book — a real workbook rather than a brochure, so you can see how the activities land with your learners before committing. They are in the shop alongside everything else.
Registrations, training and e-Sweet
Learner registrations, training sessions, certificates and e-Sweet access all go through your centre’s IQA rather than through the shop. If you are not sure who yours is, get in touch and we will point you to them.
